Welcome to Crystal Lights Christian Academy

Hello, I’m Crystal Curtis, the Owner of Crystal Lights Christian Academy. From an early age, I knew that teaching was my calling, and I am grateful to now serve children and families through a faith-based learning environment.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from William Peace University and have over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, including 6 years teaching NC Pre-K. My passion is creating a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

I believe children learn best when they are engaged, supported, and having fun. At Crystal Lights Christian Academy, I am committed to recognizing and developing each child’s unique strengths, interests, skills, and abilities while providing meaningful learning experiences that integrate faith into everyday learning.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy exercising, crafting, and spending quality time with my family.
